Nirmal Instruments provides construction services in line with agreed contract requirements, meeting the expectations of the client and conforming to the “MPMS”.

The ‘Nirmal Instruments  Project Management System – MPMS’ is a system of work that has been developed by the Nirmal Instruments  Management, considering the quality projects requirements. MPMS advantages to complete the projects successfully within time and budget with endorse client satisfaction with all quality aspects. MCPM alarms to all quality checkpoints and provide the best results to build up the healthy relationship with clients.

To achieve customer satisfaction and improve our business through quality, we are committed to:

  • Developing a quality management system by meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 and making consistent improvements in its effectiveness.

  • Ensure that we fully identify and conform to the needs of our clients. In other words, we put ourselves in our client’s shoes so we meet the level of expectation and quality.
  • Review our service provision processes and identify the potential for errors and taking the necessary action to eliminate them.
  • Company operations, decisions, plans, and actions will be conducted in accordance with this policy.
  • All of our staff, throughout the company, will be trained to fully understand, and effectively implement and maintain the policy and objectives and will actively participate by adhering to all of the elements of the company quality policy.

This policy statement will be reviewed at the Management Review meeting on a quarterly basis.
