Nirmal Instruments accepts as true that accidents do not happen, they are caused and therefore it must be preventable. Nirmal Instruments has set the HSE theme that “No task is too important that we cannot do it safely”. Continually improve on HSE performance in a systematic manner through target setting, audits, industry best practices and bench marking to protect health and safety of personnel, assets and continuous reduction of the environmental impact of its operations.
In Nirmal Instruments , the Management Team is committed to Procedures & Standards:
- Protect the health and safety of our people and others affected by our activities at all times and in all circumstances.
- Provide a framework for the setting of HSE goals and performance objectives, and the use of an effective management system in order to meet customer requirements and highest industry standards.
- Monitor, evaluate and continually improve its HSE performance through the definition of operational standards, training, assessments and audits.
- Implement individual accountability to comply with HSE management system requirements.
- Minimize any environmental impact and dedicated to preventing pollution.
- Ensure that all employees are competent to carry out their duties and provide all information, instructions, supervision and necessary training.
- Re-enforce the duty and empowerment of each employee to stop any unsafe work with full support from the leadership.
- Communicate our commitment to this policy to our employees, contractors and clients in all areas of its operations and areas of influence.
We are committed to the proactive integration of HSE objectives into our management system at all levels, actively reinforced by reward programs that recognize outstanding HSE performance demonstrated by our employees and contractors.
The commitments in this Policy shall be reviewed yearly to ensure ongoing suitability and are in addition to our basic obligation to comply with Nirmal Instruments standards, as well as all applicable laws and regulations where we operate.
